- Responsible for the electromagnetic design of new energy motor products, familiar with permanent magnetic synchronous motor theory and electromagnetic circuit design;
- Familiar with at least one of the software tools related to electromagnetic design, such as ANSYS/JMAG/FLUX;
- Familiar with the materials and processes associated with electromagnetic design, and understand the basic mechanical structure and assembly of motors;
- Understand the relevant standards and methods of motor bench testing to form a simulation closed loop;
- Fulfill the completion of reports or other documents required by the project;
- Complete other work as scheduled by the department.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or other related majors
- 3 years relevant work experience in the new energy motor industry
- 3 years relevant work experience in the design of permanent magnet synchronous motors
- Familiar with the automotive parts product development approval system and process
- Familiar with the working principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor and have a certain understanding of advanced technology about new energy motor
- Master the electromagnetic design of motors and understand the design key points of different motors, especially 48V and high-voltage drive motors for new energy vehicles
