The Sr. Director of Aftermarket Parts Solutions will set the strategic direction for the Daikin Parts Solutions Business Unit and will oversee and be responsible for the department budgets and financial performance. With long-range limited direction, you will manage several functional teams for the Aftermarket Parts Business Unit including Customer Service, Supply Chain, Pricing and Sales Support, Promotions and Marketing- E-commerce, Material Management and Store Operations and will manage channels, including distribution, service, and DSO (stores) product portfolio requirements.
A Day in the Life:
Responsible for the strategy and growth of the Aftermarket Parts Solutions business unit, working to exceed the company's goals on revenue and profits
Lead the strategic planning and direction regarding financial, digital marketing, pricing, talent planning and development and IT requirements.
Oversight of the sales and order fulfillment of OEM and generic service parts, consumables, and some equipment sales. Actively works to expand this portfolio.
Actively lead, develop, coach, and support direct reports and their teams at large and. takes ownership of the engagement, development, and retention of their teams.
Collaborate, influence, and partner with Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Parts ID, TRC and Warranty.
Lead the expansion of the parts store channel.
Collaborate with internal teams on technical and digital solutions to drive growth.
Drive channel initiatives to better support our service business and improve flexibility for the store retail model and marketing programs for distribution.
Drive initiatives to reduce employee effort and improve the customer experience.

What you will bring:
Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
12+ years of experience in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, and/or Commercial Operations
8+ years of leadership experience
Leadership experience - leading large teams and supporting people leaders
Ability to create, communicate, and execute a strategic plan
Track record of successful project and portfolio management
Digital growth experience in a B2B environment
Financial acumen to manage a P&L and set financial priorities
Ability to travel to Daikin's key sites and distributors throughout the US & Mexico
Nice to Have:
Master's Degree
Software: Oracle, Salesforce, and CRM systems
