General Summary
The Product Specialist will be responsible for product and application support of field technicians working on our Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) units.
Essential Job Duties
Provide customer support via phone and email to support our products quickly and accurately in the field.
Provide product and application support to both internal and external customers.
Ability to gather information and find solutions to varying field questions or problems.
May include some travel to resolve urgent field problems.
Identify opportunities for product improvement.
Proficient user of CAPS (product selection software) to assist customers.
Provide pricing on field replacements or changes to existing equipment.
Maintaining and assisting with the development of Tier I support.
Identifying and implementing strategies to elevate departmental efficiencies.
Successfully lead and develop multiple direct reports.
Education
Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
