Job Description:
Start your journey as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You'll support the Manufacturing Engineering team with projects related to continuous improvement with specific focus on quality, productivity, cost reductions, standardization and safety. Our Engineering team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.
Are you Looking to
Develop and maintain assembly instructions for designated work cells, utilizing Pro-Engineer and MS Visio.
Implement procedures and work instructions.
Interface with production operators, technicians and Industrial Engineers to establish product standards and methods for assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging.
Are You Ready to
Interpret technical documentation related to product manufacturing and acceptability such as schematics; engineering drawings, customer controlled specifications, and military/industry standards.
Demonstrate competency in the design and evaluation of tooling, fixturing, and gauging.
What You'll Need
Minimum 2 year post-secondary education with a strong background in CAD preferably Pro-Engineer or compatible.
Education concentration will be in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
