Job Description Empire Automotive Group Huntington Lincoln Ford: Automotive Biller Lincoln Ford is looking for an experienced Full-Time Automotive Biller/Title Clerk with tremendous room for growth, not to mention an exciting opportunity that could lead to a long career in the automotive industry. If you are a self-starter who communicates well with others and takes pride in your work, we have a great opportunity for you! Your daily work schedule: Billing new and used car deliveries, as well as wholesale and swaps. Process all in transit DMV paperwork in a timely and accurate manner Maintain police book in Verify. Stocking in vehicles, manage plates and in-transit permit orders and ensure inventory is up to date. Organizes all paperwork in each deal and checks for accuracy and completeness. Processes pay-off checks for trade-ins and mails to appropriate financial institution. Provides administrative support to management and other departments as needed. Qualities we're looking for: Experience preferred, with knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds, Ignite and Verify, but willing to train the right person. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Strong organizational, analytical & problem-solving skills. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite This is for a full-time position with alternating Saturdays/Sundays. Reliable and presentable in business attire representing Empire in a professional matter. You have a strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You have friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude. You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development. You will operate a clean, organized, presentable workplace with a strong attention to details.
