Position at Lifespark
Legacy of St. Michael, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a HHA, CNA, or caregiver to join our growing team!
Legacy of St. Michael is conveniently located in St. Michael, MN. It is a stunning facility that offers 95 total units between Assisted Living, Independent living, and memory care. This community and its residents are amazing, our residents enjoy activities, hanging out in common areas, and are highly competitive! Join our team to help our residentsAge Magnificently!

Shifts Available:PT AM (7:00a-3:00p); PT PM (3:00P-11:00p)
HHA Wage: $17-$22
CNA Wage: $19-$24
Shift Differential:
$1 for Evenings/$2 for Overnights

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:


CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.

Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.

Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:


Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

Strong interest in healthcare.

Positive, compassionate attitude.

Strong customer service and communication skills.
