We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our East Europe Beauty team who will assume a key role in the development & growth plan for Hair and Skin Care categories, being responsible for Greek Markets on marketing activities in the markets.

1.The job holder articulates, executes, and evaluates the insight-led brand marketing plan within budget, which delivers the short-term and long-term financial goals & market share targets for both Hair Care & Skin Care Categories. 

2.Represents the Beauty Brands, acting as a true Ambassador, being confident at educating customers & beauty editors on products benefits, offering tips, aiding to promote brand awareness.

3. Holds a strong collaboration with Hair East Europe Community to understand regional priorities that affect local needs & secure information flow/ alignment with rest East Europe teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitors and controls PNL
  • Contributes to the development of long-term categories strategy and its yearly revisions during the yearly planning cycle.
  • Leads and executes the annual Brand Marketing Plan (IBP):
  • Develops and executes launch / re-launch plans.
  • Plans and supervises media and promotion plans, based on a continuous understanding of market and competitive dynamics. 
  • Co-ordinates the local implementation of regional/global initiatives (packaging artworks, media, etc).
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders and act as an interface, coordinating necessary activities between other functions (i.e. supply chain, sales, etc) to ensure effective execution of the brand plans.
  • Manages of marketing budgets within agreed targets
  • Monitors and reviews the performance of new product introductions, ensuring continuous focus and support after launch.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness and return-on-investment of promotional plans (pre- and post-evaluation), and feeds into future brand plans.
  • Identifies new business opportunities based on analysis of marketplace, competition, and category performance. Validates through the development of a Business Case with financial projections, in line with the brand strategy.

Background Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing
  • Postgraduate degree, preferably in Marketing or MBA. 
  • Working experience in FMCG, Beauty, Fashion Industry will be considered an asset.
  • Working experience in Media campaigns (Traditional and Digital), social media as well as in in-store and out-of-store consumer activation campaigns.
  • Fluent in English and Greek.
