Requirements
- H.S. Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in Agronomy Operations.
- Must have a basic understanding of machinery operation and dry material handling.
- Should have knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn New Vision’s Agronomy technology and applicable areas of accounting system.
- Must have a high attention to detail and effective time management.
- Must be self-motivated and be able to work as a team member.
- Valid driver’s license.

Our growing company is in search for new talent for the role of Agronomy Loadout Technician.



Summary: This position is responsible for operating the blending and wholesale towers and loading fertilizer trucks. Also assists with warehouse operations, deliveries, customer service, maintenance and safety. Assists with customer walk-ins/calls and delivery of products. Helps as needed in other areas of agronomy operations.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Accurately blends and loads fertilizer into trucks.
- Assists with unloading of inbound agronomic products via truck and rail.
- Assists with customer walk-ins and deliveries of products to customers as needed.
- Assists with dispatching dry and liquid custom application assets.
- Serves as a positive role model for employees.
- Assist with maintenance of warehouse facility (inside and out) and ensure it is in good working order.
- Drives payloader, forklift and other warehouse equipment.
- Performs agronomy plant and equipment maintenance.
- Assists with chemical, fertilizer, and seed inventory management and record keeping for Brewster site.
- Promotes New Vision’s products and services to customers.
- Performs job safely and in compliance with environmental regulations. Comply with safety and security policies and participate in safety training.
- Maintains knowledge of evolving technology and applicating practices as they change within New Vision and the industry.
- Prepare reports as requested by Supervisor or Agronomy Department Manager
- Assists in other operations duties in any New Vision location or department as needed.
- Accept additional responsibilities and duties as directed by the Agronomy Site Supervisor.
