Hunt Electric, Inc. of Littleton, CO is searching for a full-time
Electrical Apprentice to join our team within the Electrical Division. Can you
adapt to changing codes, regulations, and safety requirements? Do you
enjoy troubleshooting, pulling wire, bending pipe, and computing
electrical formulas? Can you install control circuits and other
components? Are you able to read, interpret, and understand electrical
plans, complex circuit schematics, and blueprints? If so, keep on reading!
Hunt Electric has apprentice classifications that reflect each of the four
years of the apprentice program. Daily job functions should reflect the
expected skill proficiency at a given Apprentice level. An employee's
advancement from one semester to the next is based on acceptable job
performance and the successful completion of the apprenticeship requirements
for the given level. The apprentice must complete the number of hours required
for each year in the program (a minimum of 2,000 hours of "on-the-job"
training for each year of his / her apprenticeship). A Hunt
Electric-sponsored Apprentice is eligible for tuition assistance through
CITC, Construction Industry Training Council under the Hunt Tuition Assistance
Major Duties:
Be enrolled in the appropriate apprentice-level school program
Demonstrate an aptitude for learning, a goal-oriented mindset for continual
growth, with a "Can-Do" positive attitude.
Demonstrate knowledge of the National Electric Code
