Requirements:
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Any state!)
Associates degree from an accredited institution
1 Year of Experience post Licensure (3-5 years preferred)
BLS Certificate
Shift:
M-F 0730-1630
Off on federal holidays
NO Call
