Job Description:
Continue your journey as a Sr Production Planner Analyst at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. The Sr. Production Planner Analyst will manage the production plan in coordination with the master production schedule, MRP action messages and forecasts to provide maximum customer satisfaction while maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Our Planning team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.


Are You Looking to
Manage and interpret MRP workbench and applicable planning information to create discrete jobs and purchase requisitions for assigned planner codes.
Generate and interrupt MRP reports and action notices providing directions to applicable areas ensuring business requirements and customer expectations are met.
Manage, analyze, and interpret communications and procedures for non-standard production occurrences, including ECOs, customer expedites, short lead times, new products and implement solutions that affect all functional areas.
Manage the operating system database, analyzing, interpreting and revising data to continuously improve planning accuracy in modules including Materials, Engineering and Customer.




Are You Ready to
Actively participate and support the production planning meetings providing detailed updates and plan status.
Provide direction and mentoring for the planner/analyst and production planner(s) with a goal of achieving and maintaining a team environment.
Analyze and interpret work in process against job sizing, rescheduling, striving to continuously improve quality, cycle times, schedule attainment, and cost effectiveness.




What You'll Need
BA/BS degree in business or technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three or more years' experience in production/inventory control in a manufacturing or similar facility with an MRP system.
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
