Job Description

­­­­­­­­­­­­­The Guest Services Parking Attendant assists the Guest Services team to provide memorable guest experiences by engaging with guests to answer questions about parking services, in addition to partnering with the Bellpersons to maintain flow of service.  

 

*This is a seasonal position with an anticipated end date of September 15, 2024. 

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Maintain an atmosphere of pleasant hospitality including clear communication with guests, staff and management.

  • Responsible for maintaining knowledge of resort happenings and information to answer guest questions.
  • Monitor the number of cars that enter and exit the lot

  • Assist guests with parking questions

  • Answer questions from patrons.

  • Dispatch bellpersons to service requests.
  • Accurately hand out valet keys.
  • Log all requests on job log with neat and legible writing and include times and bellman assigned.
  • Ensure the daily line-up is present and rotation assignments are being met.
  • Ensure daily activities sheet is on clip board and drive-in’s highlighted.
  • Ensure laundry orders are picked up and delivered to housekeeping.
  • Ensure there are adequate supplies and tickets at the desk. 
  • Practice Safety within the work area and always be cautious of your surroundings.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to perform well under pressure and be able to multitask and prioritize jobs; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
