Position:
As a Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and identity of the rapidly growing TravlFi brand. Reporting to the TravlFi Director of Operations, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our company's mission and objectives. This role will focus on driving brand growth, enhancing customer engagement, and establishing TravlFi as a standout brand in the telecommunications, recreational vehicle, and travel industries.

Job Description:
• Develop and implement the overall TravlFi marketing strategy and objectives in partnership with the TravlFi Director of Operations.
• Ensure alignment with TravlFi's mission and goals.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Guide the team in developing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, promotions, and brick-and-mortar activities.
• Focus on building and maintaining the TravlFi brand.
• Develop and implement branding strategies that align with TravlFi's vision, differentiate it from competitors, and resonate with the target audience.
• Explore and develop partnerships with other companies or organizations to enhance marketing efforts and reach a broader audience.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, refine marketing strategies, and optimize campaign performance.
• Develop a comprehensive marketing budget that aligns with the overall business strategy.
• Prioritize budget allocation based on potential impact, and track performance against goals.
• Provide regular transparent budget reports.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Regularly track and analyze relevant metrics.
• Provide reports to leadership and make recommendations for improvement based on the results.

Key Deliverables:

Annually: Develop a marketing strategy, plan, and budget that aligns with the overall business goals. Set KPI goals supporting TravlFi's sales and financial targets.

Quarterly: Lead the team in developing and executing a 30-60-90 day plan and tactics that support business goals and budget.

Monthly: Lead the team in executing the marketing plan, tracking and measuring KPIs, and holding the team accountable for delivering business objectives within budget. Report results at the monthly operating review (MOR).

Daily: Track the team's progress and hold them accountable to KPIs. Lead the team in counter measuring as needed.

Working Conditions:
• The workday is spent in a comfortable office environment.
• Some travel may be required.
