As part of this role you will:
- Act as a liaison between vendors and the A/P team on various invoice issues
- Assist in the month-end closing process of A/P
- Complete three-way matching with purchasing and accounting software systems
- Responsible for manual check processing
- Assist with sorting and coding of invoices
What you will bring to this role:
- High School diploma or a GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in A/P or related field
- Experience with three-way matching a plus
- Solid Excel spreadsheet experience
- Ability to organize and attention to detail
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail paired with critical thinking skills
- Ability to be flexible, resourceful and able to troubleshoot
- Ability to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
- Pride in the job you do and the image you present
- A positive can-do attitude
