JOB REQUIREMENTS: Putting People First in Pharmacy- Navitus was founded

Product Manager, Regulatory Training is accountable for the overall
Government Programs training program including process knowledge for
services delegated to Navitus, claims adjudication, preparation and
maintenance of general and custom training materials, facilitation of
internal and external training sessions, and monitoring, evaluating, and
documenting training activities in a manner that demonstrates compliance
with the Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and Exchange programs. Is this you?

regulatory requirements and assess applicability to training curriculum.
Assess regulatory training needs for new and existing employees. Set
strategy and timeline for the Medicare Part D training program and
collaborate with leadership and Human Resources on implementation.
Develop and maintain a Medicare Part D regulatory training curriculum
for staff/functional areas based on identified needs. Conduct training
for Government Programs clients and regulatory agencies, either on-site
or remote, as requested. Periodic travel to client sites, as required
Collaborate with the I/T training staff to develop externally facing
training materials that add value for the client/regulatory agency.
Leverage training knowledge/skills for special projects, including
contribution to proposal responses that advance Navitus in sales
efforts. Actively participate in FFS implementation and knowledge
transfer projects. Provide superior customer service utilizing a
high-touch, customer-centric approach, focused on collaboration and
communication with the end goal of audience comprehension of the
training content Develop and maintain training modules for identified
Medicare Part D topic, utilizing appropriate sources (internal
resources, external resources, CMS/Medicare Learning Network, CMS
guidance). Develop training materials as needed in response to a
Corrective Action Plan (CAP), audit finding or a newly identified risk.
