Job Description

Date of Need:: 4/1/2024 to 11/15/2024

Preparing soil, planting, weeding, thinning, irrigating, mowing, harvesting, grading, and packing various outdoor crops such as, but not limited to, vegetables. is necessary to accomplish these tasks, determined by weather conditions. Some aspects of the job may require to lift and carry up to 50lbs.  Must be able to set up, operate, and repair farm machinery and irrigation. Farm hand tools include, but are not limited to, power and manual pruners, weeders, shovel, hoe. Must be able to load and unload trailer trucks filled with vegetables in an orderly manner, under direct supervision. These jobs are performed outdoors and in all weather conditions. May need to wear protective equipment including, but not limited to respirators and rain gear. Minimum of 30 days experience required.
