Overview: New Hope Community Inc is seeking Nurse Case Managers in Sullivan County. A Caseload Registered Nurse (RN) will work in conjunction with senior nursing staff to support the health care needs of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) that have chosen New Hope Community for residential and programmatic supports. As an Caseload RN you will work as part of a team, creating and implementing medical based treatments for the individuals supported in the residence. RNs must be creative thinkers with the ability to make health related decisions with confidence and speed. Our RNs provide an additional leadership role in the residences, mentoring staff and individuals to create a harmonious team. Days can be challenging and busy but also be filled with laughter, learning, and special moments! Skills needed: Kind and Compassionate, Agile and Adaptable with the ability to respond to an individuals changing needs quickly, Patience, Hardworking, and a Team Player. Requirements: Background check Reference check Valid Driver License Associates Degree A Valid NYS Nursing License Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual or other disabilities is preferred. Hours, Salary, and Benefits; Full time position, Monday - Sunday, $62,712 to $87,859 yearly. Benefits include, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and 401K/Retirement.
