Key Responsibilities: 

HR Business Partnering: 

  • Support HR Business Partners on employee related matters. 

HR Operations: 

  • Collaborate with the HR team on payroll and benefits-related tasks. 

  • Assist in preparing employment-related documents. 

Engagement & Development: 

  • Contribute to the organization of internal training programs. 

  • Work on onboarding and employee communication. 

Requirements: 

  • University Student interested in the area of Human Resources. 

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. 

  • Good organizational and time management skills. 

  • Eagerness to gain practical experience in the HR field. 

What We Offer: 

  • 6 months internship program 

  • Hands-on experience in various HR functions. 

  • Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals. 

  • Flexible working hours min. 20 hours a week. 

  • Remuneration: hourly rate: 30 PLN/h
