Job Description:
ICG is looking for an ambitious Retail Sales Representative to assist with our expansion of Retail Fixtures department.

ICG is a full-service provider of commercial casework, millwork, cabinetry, and retail fixtures.

Position Summary: The Sales Associate prospects to identify sales opportunities in a fast-paced commission based environment. This role includes opportunities to meet new people and establish relationships with clients which may include travel opportunities out-of-state.
If accepted, you will have an opportunity to work with retailers large and small and make an impact on their visual presentation and displays.

Enthusiasm and a resilient attitude are helpful traits for those who look to be successful in this role.

Essential Job Functions:

This role will require cold calling & active prospecting to prospective clients.
Applicants are expected to generate leads and turn them into active jobs within 3-6 months from their start date.
Sales metrics and goals are set monthly with the expectation of meeting/exceeding these goals.
Maintain Weekly sales goals by calling and emailing sales leads.
Prepare client documentation, memos and any other documents required
Develops and maintains good working relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors and co-workers to strengthen company position and increase repeat business
Maintaining accurate archives and documents of Sales
Provide better product offering options through Value Engineering
· Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude

Manage the follow up process with customers on sent proposals
Experience/Background:
