Job Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting programming, operating and
maintaining the District Building Automation Systems to include HVAC and
security systems. This position provides technical support for shop computers
and operating systems, provides diagnostic support for intercom, fire
alarm, security, HVAC and electrical systems, recommends, installs,
operates and modifies District HVAC mechanical, electrical, commercial
kitchen and electronic door control systems and analyses reports to take
corrective action with all Building Automation Control systems. This position
also serves as a lead among HVAC mechanics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operates and maintains the District's HVAC, HVAC controls, and
electrical systems.
Performs and oversees recurring preventative maintenance on District HVAC,
refrigeration and computer systems.
