Job Description: |
EMPLOYER: Optum Services, Inc. JOB TITLE: Senior Software Engineer
LOCATION: 11000 Optum Circle. Eden Prairie, MN 55344
DUTIES: Design, develop, modify, and/or test Optum software applications for the healthcare industry in an agile environment. Duties include: work on automating feature development functionalities and backfilling backlog manual tests to automat tests; contribute towards 100% success in automated daily runs; architect automation test cases to run across multiple product environments to help successful deployments as well as detecting issues before customer encounters; configure and run automation in multiple pipelines to support rapid CI/CD development and releases; coordinate with Release Management team and improve the delivery process; work on automation of Priority one test cases and reduce manual regression hours; lead portfolio automation evangelists and innovate ideas for better quality deliverables out the door; and contribute towards development team and learning development practices. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S.
