- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving techniques

Job Description:
Position Summary

Serves as the first point of contact for technical support escalation for operations. Responsible for working alongside Manufacturing Engineers supporting technical operations.


Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide technical support of products, processes, materials, and equipment in order to achieve production goals (i.e., quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and safety) for assigned area
- Identify and troubleshoot processes, material or equipment problems to minimize production down time and quality issues
- Aid and monitor the containment of quality issues
- Work with product development, tooling, and Manufacturing Engineers to introduce new product into production; including working on first article inspections
- Provide tooling validation; modify existing and develop new tooling and fixtures
- Program machines; updating routings
- Revise existing documents, processes, and/or methods to correct or improve processes/product; submit red line drawings to MEs for ECOs or ECRs
- Work with vendors/suppliers to procure tools and/or supplies as needed
- Assist in Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, implementing new equipment or processes or improving existing ones
- Work with departmental customers to improve material quality and delivery
- Train and provide technical support and/or direction as needed
- Other duties as assigned
