Manager, Brand Management – Coffee

  • Drive Georgia business growth through strategy development and business plan development.
  • Drive assigned Georgia brand initiatives such as new product development, IMX development, and business assessment.
  • Lead and/or support the development of assigned category growth strategies & execution planning to deliver short and mid/long-term growth.
  • Responsibilities include:

Assigned category Business Management Growth strategy & execution planning through LRP and ABP processes. Consumer-centric innovation pipeline development Leading cross functional team members to deliver assigned initiatives to achieve assigned business and consumer target.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Manage assigned category business performance including periodic tracking and course correction recommendations.
  • Develop assigned category growth strategies through LRP and ABP processes.
  • Develop annual business plans, including end-to-end strategy development, product & pack launches, and content for consumers and shoppers.
  • Develop 3-year innovation pipeline with timely alignment with key stakeholders.
