Job Description:
Spherion Staffing is interviewing Production Operators for a client in Detroit Lakes, MN.
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing and operating equipment in the production process. Your primary goal is to ensure the efficient and safe operation of machinery, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process.

Pay $20-25/hour DOE + 30% diff
2nd shift is Monday-Thursday 3 pm-1:15 am
3rd shift is Monday-Thursday 11 pm-5:15 am

Responsibilities:
-Operate and monitor machinery and equipment during the production process
-Set up machinery according to production requirements
-Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications
-Read and understand simple blueprints and sketches
-Manufacture parts to blueprints and/or sketches using Operator Inspection Instructions (OII) as guide
-Inspect parts produced as instructed by Operator Inspection Instructions (OII), teacher, set-up person, lead-person or supervisor using tools such as tape measure, caliper, micrometer, protractor and document findings
-Upon completion of production operation, return pattern, check fixture and any documentation forms to proper location
-Stack parts, clean machines or do other duties as assigned
-Operate various types and sizes of stamping presses in a safe and efficient manner or some machines including milling machines, CNC machines, spot welders, turret machines, rivet machine and others as instructed
