The Ruhlin Company is seeking to hire Project Engineer interns and co-ops for FALL 2024, SPRING 2025, and SUMMER 2025. Opportunities are available throughout Ohio in all 4 of Ruhlin's operating divisions - Civil, Building, Industrial and Structural. We offer highly competitive pay and a challenging and fun work environment.

Training

Every intern and co-op are paired with a highly experienced construction professional (mentor) from which you will learn and grow as a construction professional! Each co-op/intern rotation affords the opportunity to learn about and assist with a variety of project engineer job duties including project management, material management, field management, engineering and estimating.

Student Scholarship Program

Student interns and co-ops are provided an opportunity to demonstrate the knowledge and skills they have acquired during the summer work period by way of the evaluation of seven program activities spread throughout the work period. Upon the conclusion of the summer period, scholarships will be awarded to the three highest scoring students!
