BILINGUAL ACCOUNT MANAGER – Design and Print Services
Job Description
We’re looking for a BILINGUAL Account Manager to join our team!
If you are passionate about a career in marketing, developing client relationships, and project management, but also have an interest in design, this might be the role for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Who YOU are:
Professionally polished with 4-5 years of client facing experience
Solid understanding of design principles, creative studio ways of working, and print production
Organized with maniacal attention to detail
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Proficient with computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); understanding/use of design software is a plus!
A solid team player
Fully bilingual – English and French is required for this role
QUALIFICATIONS
This role reports to the Group Account Director but will work closely with the entire account team. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following duties:
Project management:
creating workback schedules
managing timelines and budgets
setting up internal and client meetings
Manage internal and client communication and requests/feedback
Manage internal systems, including new program set up and reporting
Manage project resourcing and workflow with studio resources
Writing design and production briefs
Provide weekly status updates and manage overall budget
Attend client meetings or team activities outside the office and/or on occasion, regular business hours
This is a manager-level role in a hybrid agency environment with 2 days in-office in Liberty Village, Toronto.
Salary starting at $65,000
