Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team! This opportunity will be the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about all of our products & services. Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing a high volume of incoming calls in a professional manner
Handling inquiries such as general product information, technical issues, & pricing
Take ownership of thoroughly understanding the features & benefits of all the consumer products & services we offer
Stay up to date on all pricing, procedures, promotions, tools, & systems used
Clearly provide customers with product & service information
Resolve customers' concerns &/or complaints promptly & professionally & identify & escalate any priority issues
Enter customer information into the Customer Database (Salesforce)
Making cold calls to prospective customers
Making proactive calls to existing customers for next service appointment date
Provide follow-up customer calls when necessary

Experience in a busy call center setting &/or handling multiple phone lines
Ability to demonstrate exemplary customer service skills, ensuring all actions reflect high quality customer care
Must demonstrate computer literacy; including, but not limited to: strong typing skills, speed, accuracy, & the ability to learn & use computerized systems
Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems
Demonstrates strong verbal & written communication skills
Qualifications:
Must have a high school education or equivalent
Must speak English
Previous customer service experience in a service industry
