Job Description: The Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation and administration of training programs aimed at improving employee performance and organizational effectiveness. This role will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support training needs, schedule and organize training sessions, and track the effectiveness of training initiatives. The L&D Coordinator will also maintain training materials and manage the input/output of the learning management system (LMS). Some things you can expect to do: Training Program Support: Assist in the pre-session meetings, coordination, and delivery of multiple employee training programs & initiatives across the company, including: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure relevant and up-to-date content for training sessions.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Manage and maintain the I/O of the LMS platform including, course and curriculum creation, course enrollment, and tracking of employee progress. Ensure all training records are properly updated and accessible for reporting and compliance purposes. Assist employees with any technical or access-related issues they encounter and provide support to users experiencing difficulties with course navigation, enrollment, or completion tracking. Partner with EEO/AA Manager to schedule and launch annual compliance training, including necessary content updates.
Scheduling and Logistics: Coordinate schedules for in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring all logistics (room bookings, equipment, materials, meals) are arranged. Communicate training schedules to employees and managers to ensure attendance and participation.
Tracking and Reporting: Prepare reports on training participation, completion rates, and feedback for analysis. Assist with evaluating the effectiveness of training programs using assessments, surveys, and performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the impact of learning initiatives.
Learning & Development Administration: Maintain an overall corporate training calendar by partnering with SMEs throughout the organization. Manage online platforms such as Catalyst and Open Sesame. Respond to ad hoc projects, from the business, as needed. Creation of weekly training newsletter and communication. Oversee session evaluations and measurement to support APEX training award application and recognition. Provide administrative assistance to L&D team members and back-up support to the Human Resources team, when needed. To be successful in this role you must have:
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in coordinating training programs or events.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of Learning Management Systems and e-learning tools.
3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in an L&D environment. Compensation: The base pay range is $25.43-$38.17/Hourly. The salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program. Benefits:
