We are pipelining candidates for a future role. ***Contingent upon Contract Award***  This is a remote role. Location(s) supported may include: Fort Benning (Fort Moore), Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), Fort Stewart, Fort Campbell, Fort Drug, Fort Eustis, Fort Riley, Fort Carson, Fort Lewis (JBLM), For Bliss, Fort Hood (Cavasas) or Schofield Barracks.

The Regional Manager is responsible for all ground and aviation virtual simulation training devices, constructive training and live fire ranges managing all personnel.  Responsible for all installations Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) maintenance actions to include Preventative Maintenance, Services, Quality, Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS), talent acquisition, database, and management information system entries with performance metrics for personnel and hardware. This above also includes Technical and/or Supply support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases (13)  in Europe / Asia / Southwest Asia Regions in alignment of support requirements depicted in the specific TDLs  Statement of Work (SOW) and associated W-TRS Appendices. 

Responsible for all Amentum Prime and Sub-contract Operations for all Technical Direct Letters (TDL) associated with training aids, devices, simulators, and simulations to meet / exceed Contractor Performance Factors (CPF) and Contract Mission Time (CMT) ensuring devices are Fully Mission Capable (FMC) and Ready for Training (RFT) utilizing advanced program management and performance metrics.

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Responsible to have working knowledge of maintenance readiness actions of Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, Return Material Authorization, shipping, charge codes and deployment of teams.  This includes relationship management with Materials Program Management & Vendor selection (sourcing) to accomplish all TADSS readiness and PMCS actions. Participates in the active management of the Plant Clearance Reutilization Screening System (PCARSS).
  • Prioritize customer and business objectives to provide clear direction to personnel and ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow up on all Key Customer issues.  Develop long term value-based relationships with key installation Training Service Centers, Technical Oversight Representatives, assigned Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation personnel and key points of contacts.  
  • Provide additional escalation support to resolve issues with proactive plans to prevent or predict issues.  Provide communication across the organization and work with functional teams to ensure organizational efficiency. Ability to thrive as a member of a collaborative, cross-functional team to include Depots.  
  • Responsible for revenue and profit goals, product quality, processes and establishing new business. Excellent organizational skills and superior communication skills (written and oral). Must be able to effectively present information to co-workers and employee groups, including upper management, stakeholders and customers at various levels.   
  • Skilled with personnel management, labor relationship skills with collective bargaining units (CBA), talent management, project management, cross training, safety program, operating costs, scheduling, budget, maintenance program, fielding of new devices/products, upgrades, life cycle management and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  • 10+ years of successful experience in a directly related role and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above.
  • Ability to read, analyze and translate into action using professional level knowledge and the use of analytical databases, excel workbooks and associated pivot tables.  Competent knowledge of MS Office applications. Ability to read, analyze and interpret device technical manuals and operating procedures to include log book entries, journals, Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statement of Work (SOW), Appendices and financial reports. 
  • Travel required and must be available for short notice travel.
