Job DescriptionWHAT YOU'LL DO
The NAMR Commercial Manager is at the rockface in driving BCG's commercial agenda with our clients. In this role, you will partner closely with our experienced Commercial Directors and directly coach, support, and enable our Managing Director & Partner (MDP) / Partner / Principal client account teams. Specific responsibilities include:
Providing commercial support (e.g., developing negotiation strategy, analytical modelling, advising on tactics) throughout the end-to-end negotiation process for rate cards
Assisting with ongoing proactive management of our existing client rate card portfolio
Delivering trainings and tools to enable client account teams
Evolving state of the art commercial practices, content, and decision-making tools
Coaching client account teams on commercial best practices
Collecting and analyzing competitive intelligence to uncover trends and insights
In addition, you will also have opportunities to lead and contribute to initiatives that will drive innovations and enhancements to our global Revenue Management strategy and operations.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree, preferably an MBA, a plus
Significant experience working with senior stakeholders, preferably in a dynamic project-based work environment
7+ years of relevant professional services experience
Experience in multinational environments desirable
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Hiring level determined in line with experience and qualifications
YOU'LL WORK WITH
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
Some local governments in the United States require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of base compensation. We expect your total annualized compensation to be approximately the following:
In New York City the base salary is between $112,000- $136,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
In San Francisco the base salary is between $118,000- $144,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
In Los Angeles and Seattle the base salary is between $110,000- $134,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
In Denver the base salary is between $103,000- $125,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
In San Diego the base salary is between $108,000- $132,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
In other locations, competitive pay is commensurate with the role and geography
Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-16%
5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vested immediately and there is no waiting period
