Support individuals with Acquired Brain Injury in a group home setting, assisting with personal care, activities of daily living, and help them to live their best life.

Duties include:

Develop rapport with individuals supported and foster their personal growth striving to obtain their goals
Provide and maintain safe home environment
Plan, implement and document teaching plans/strategies

Skills/Abilities:

Patience
Effective communication skills
Passion for helping others

Qualifications:

18 years of age or older
Valid US driver's license and ready access to a vehicle
HS Diploma/GED or one year in the field
Complete all initial background checks
Complete pre-employment physical and TB test
