HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE (Overview & Key Responsibilities):
Build and maintain customer and internal relationships
Achieve annual sales goals in assigned territory
Manage large installation projects with project management and supply chain teams
Focus on automotive dealership, fleet, and municipal markets
Develop new accounts through effective daily planning
Manage equipment sales pipeline using CRM system
Implement professional sales process and identify customer needs
Collaborate with VP of Sales on territory activities
Schedule projects and gather customer feedback with Installation team
Assist Lube-Tech Regional and National sales teams
Monitor competition and market trends
Stay updated through workshops and professional networks
Contribute to Sales and Enterprise goals
Attend industry workshops and company events
Remote work with travel to customer sites as required
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience
Experience/Training:
3-5 years capital equipment sales experience
5+ years calling on the automotive, fleet and/or municipal market segments with strong preference for equipment sales
Ability to identify and influence key decision makers
Proven strong interpersonal and organizational skills
High-level of integrity, work ethic and accountability
Effective written and oral communication skills
Licenses/Certificates: Valid driver's license
Technology/Equipment:
Proficient skills in the use of Microsoft Office
Experience with CRM software
Experience with ERP systems preferred
