Job Description

 
CNC Milling Set up - <P> Duties - <LI> Take programs & load them into the machines. <LI> Get all the tooling together & be sure everything matches the traveler & set up sheets. <LI> Put all the tools in the machine & be sure the process matches the traveler. <LI> Run 1st pc until the part checks to the print. <LI> Submit part to inspection for 1st pc approval. <LI> Make any necessary adjustments to the program & part that are necessary to make a good part. <LI> After everything is proven out, be sure the traveler is up dated. <LI> Put operator on the job, making sure they understand the job. From deburring to inspection. <LI> This position is considered a set up position , but there might be times that there is not enough set up work & you might have to run some production. <LI> This person will also do short run parts which could consist of 1 to 5 pcs. <P> Programming <LI> We program with Espree & there is the opportunity to be able to program a lot of the jobs you set up. <P> Shift - <LI> This is a first shift position with benefits. <P> You would be using some of the latest technology & processes. <P> Benefits - Health Insurance, Retirement Plan, Vacations, Holidays off, Christmas Bonuses, Other Bonuses at times.
