This Position is for a Daycare/Childcare Worker with a location in Poplarville, MS. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities.

Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and energetic Daycare Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, ensuring their safety, and promoting their development through age-appropriate activities.

Responsibilities: Supervise and engage children in daily activities, including playtime, meals, and educational exercises. Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and learning experiences. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Provide basic care needs such as feeding, diapering, and naptime supervision. Foster positive interactions and relationships with children, parents, and staff. Monitor children for signs of emotional or developmental concerns and report observations to supervisors. Follow all state regulations and daycare policies to ensure a secure and structured setting.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; CDA or early childhood education experience preferred but not required. Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting is a plus but not required. Ability to pass a background check and meet all state childcare requirements. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills. Must have 121 form (Immunization document). 3 references (Personal or professional). Access to reliable transportation to work.
