Hillcrest Garden Center is Dover’s full-service garden center, providing landscaping design & installation services at an affordable price and a gift shop, featuring quality products & the largest Christmas Shop in the area.

Job Description: Landscape or maintain grounds of customers’ properties using hand or power tools or equipment. Will perform a variety of tasks including planting, mulching, installation of patios & maintenance.  Will be doing extensive walking, climbing, repetitive movements, push/pull & exposure to all sorts of weather conditions.

Details: Hours will range from 40-60 hours per week, Monday thru Friday (with some Saturdays); Starting wage is $12 to $20 per hour, based on experience, skills, and abilities.  No benefits.

Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license & be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.  No experience required—will train.  Must be willing to work overtime.
