Required Skills:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Minnesota.

· Willingness and ability to work and travel between all four clinic locations in Vadnais Heights, Woodbury, and Eagan, MN and Hudson, WI.

· BLS or CPR certified or willingness to become certified.

· Valid Driver’s License

· A resident of Minnesota/Western Wisconsin or in the process of relocating to Minnesota.
Preferred Skills:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 1+ year of experience as an LPN, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)

· 1+ years of experience managing patient health information within an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

· 1+ year of experience working within specialty care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Performs routine office procedures safely and effectively.

· Responsible for the daily maintenance of the laboratory area and equipment logs.

· Collects updated patient information and charts patient exams in the EMR within the time parameters of the patient appointment.

· Handles patient private health information within the guidelines of HIPAA and company privacy practices.

· Administer medications and treatments as directed.

· Assist other healthcare professionals in performing exams, diagnostic procedures, treatments, and minor medical procedures.

· Provide patient education materials and communicate physician advice/instructions.

· Other duties as assigned.
