SUMMARY
Coordinates and maintains all of Oshkosh Corporation’s production services and delivery dates.
YOUR IMPACT
Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports in a timely manner. Recommend increases in compensation in accordance with pre-determine guidelines
Participate in the annual Management Resource Planning (MRP) process for direct reports. Ensure that career development plans are prepared, communicated, and properly maintained for all direct reports
Facilitate daily meetings with all manufacturing managers and supervisors for updates on scheduling
Supervise and maintain delivery and ship dates
Organize materials for upcoming jobs
Participate and take output from LRM, forecast, and HR holiday calendar to build out Master Production Schedule
Work with Sales Ops to create slotting file
Create and maintain planning bills and forecast in a 12 month rolling period
Manage Sales order entry, sales order processing, and WO scheduling in ERP
Manage Engineered to Order and Non-Production order requests from Sales
Manage offsite services schedule ( create supplier reports, manage dates within each order, coordinate movement of the chassis)
Prioritize jobs according to client, profitability, and accountability
Provide a report indicating schedule and updates as required by management
Monitor all job completion schedules and overloading of schedules
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Five plus years of related work experience
STAND OUT QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong problem-solving, technical, and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
