What We’re Looking For
Data drives many decisions and benchmarks to achieve Trillium’s goals. We currently have a career opening for a Data Analyst - Claims to join our Claims team. Accurate data tracking and reporting helps drive our organization forward. This positions primary responsibilities include performing data analysis, auditing, and reconciliation support to the Claims Department. In this role, you may also be involved in developing data reports as requested, sending claims related reports to various internal staff and external stakeholders, tracking various claims related reporting deadlines, and recommending changes in processes if applicable.
On a typical day, you might:
- Maintain a schedule of reporting and distributes reports to departmental staff and internal/external stakeholders.
- Reconcile data flow between processing systems.
- Ensure claims have processed to the correct funding source.
- Work closely with colleagues to evaluate data, identify data related problems, investigate and resolve problems.

Qualifications:
Education:
High School
Experience:
Two (2) year's experience in the Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse services field or equivalent of higher education or higher education/experience.
Preferred Experience:
Prefer experience in the areas of data analysis, data management, statistics, reporting, and use of databases.
License/Certification: N/A
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status
