JOB REQUIREMENTS: A Bilingual HR Manager job in Portage, WI is available
through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires
candidates to have 5+ years of broad human resources experience and be
bilingual in English and Spanish. This position will oversee the daily
HR operations including recruiting, benefit administration, training,
and ensuring compliance to employment policies and procedures. This role
will also manage one direct report and collaborate with leadership.
Bilingual HR Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -
Oversee all daily HR Operations and staff. - Recruit and staff
candidates for open positions. - Administer employee benefits. - Ensure
compliance to employment policies and procedures. - Oversee employee
relations and performance management. - Assist in making strategic HR
decisions to improve processes. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual HR Manager Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree
in Human Resources. - 5+ years of broad Human Resources experience. -
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations. -
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel. -
