Primary Function We're looking for self-driven individuals to serve our customers, both internal and external, by ensuring that all fuel dispensing equipment at each fuel facility is functioning within the standards set forth by NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Environmental Protection Agency, Weights and Measurements Departments, and Reid Petroleum. This role will be responsible for maintaining total site compliance for assigned fuel facilities. The position will be primarily located in the field; some office days are required. Duties/Responsibilities * Perform monthly equipment inspections at fuel facilities to ensure proper function and compliance with D.E.C., E.P.A., and Reid Petroleums standards. * Perform operations and maintenance inspections on spill prevention and fuel facility equipment. * Monitor and record monthly cathodic protection readings. * Schedule repairs and/or replacements of any equipment that does not meet the standards set forth by the D.E.C., E.P.A., and Reid Petroleum. * Daily review of inspections performed by others at sites within the assigned territory and ensure any areas of environmental concern are repaired or replaced within designated SLA. * Maintain compliance standards for all sites within the assigned territory. * Provide on-call support for 24-hour spill response. * Counsel customers on proper compliance procedures.
