JOB SUMMARY: The RCM Manager of Reporting and Analytics is responsible for a team of analysts that support the business by creating insightful reporting and visual tools that drive the execution of corporate priorities/goals. The RCM Manager of Reporting & Analytics identifies key business opportunities through data and partners with the business to execute on them.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manages a team of analysts responsible for reporting and analytics, project management, and performance improvement in all areas across the Revenue Cycle.
* Build, train, and manage an analytical team responsible for complex Revenue Cycle reports and recommendations
* Establish the strategic direction of the Reporting and Analytics team, in partnership with the Director of Analytics, for Revenue Cycle operations
* Create and track operational KPIs to ensure that the organization is making a meaningful impact on the RCM business model
* Implement solutions and processes to facilitate optimal revenue cycle efficiencies
* Provide leadership oversight into the development of analytics infrastructure (data warehouse, Power BI, etc.)
* Support operational leaders by providing standardized reporting, analytics, and dashboards highlighting key areas for improvement to identify revenue opportunities by location, region, and industry trends
* Provide ad-hoc analytical support to department leaders
* Collaborates with key constituents in different functional areas to identify opportunities to improve revenue cycle performance.
* Foster relationships with key stakeholders across Regions, Product Lines, and Support Areas.
* Analyzes financial and revenue cycle performance data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes.
* Conducts quantitative and/or qualitative performance analyses and helps identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
* Cultivates internal relationships at the corporate, market, and departmental levels to gain support and participation in revenue cycle initiatives.
* Utilizes a strong understanding of software, operational workflows, governing policies, and regulations to assist in process changes.
* Provides frequent status updates, reports, and project summaries to executive-level leadership; creates and delivers presentations as needed (e.g., building a business case, providing progress updates, demonstrating results).
* Provides oversight of larger-scale, cross-functional initiatives across the revenue cycle.
* Aids in managing revenue cycle support vendors to ensure high performance relative to targets.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in related area required; degree in Business or Finance preferred
* Minimum of three (3) years' revenue cycle, finance, or process innovation experience required
* Minimum of three (3) year's experience in medical billing and/or collections preferred
* Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required; basic proficiency in PowerPoint preferred; prior experience using electronic billing system strongly preferred; proficiency in RAYUS electronic billing systems required within 90 days of employment or promotions
