Description

Purpose:

Provide customer service to our drivers and coordinate company/lease driver payroll in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Enter miscellaneous and standard deductions into driver settlements system.
  • Enter non-invoice payments into driver settlement system.
  • Sort and bar code backup for settlements.
  • Process company driver payroll
  • Process comdata wire weekly for payroll and accounts payable.
  • File comcheck receipts.
  • Scan payroll backup.
  • Responsible for issuing comdata cards to drivers and related administrative responsibilities related to Comdata.
  • Evaluate and sort emails daily.
  • Support lease payroll.
  • Take phone calls as needed to assist drivers and CSC’s.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Carries out duties assigned by the Driver payroll/Settlements Supervisor as required.

Minimum Qualifications for Considerations:

  • High School Education or equivalent. Payroll processing experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Paycom experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic Computer skills (Microsoft word ,excel & outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-starter with detail oriented work habits
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Display professional demeanor
  • Good interpersonal skills; able to work well with wide range of individuals
  • Demonstrate dependability through good attendance, punctuality and adherence to timelines and schedules
  • Knowledge of basic company employment policies and procedures
  • Clear communication skills in dealing with CSC Centers, outside departments, other team members and vendors.
  • Capable of doing general math and analytical problems.
  • Ability to react to change productively and handle essential tasks as assigned
  • Able and willing to continue professional development

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting for long periods of time, walking, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual activity.
  • Occasional lifting (up to 20 pounds of paper)
