POSITION SUMMARY

The Fleet Sales Coordinator will support the fleet and public safety management teams in creating unique customer quotes, with the guidance of the sales management team. This position will attend and participate in customer meetings, as necessary, and respond to customer correspondence relating to all RealTruck products and their quoting. In addition, this role will help develop sales opportunities with the fleet management team. This position will be the internal front-line hub in all sales quoting for the RealTruck fleet and public safety team.



CORE FUNCTIONS

* Process all fleet and public safety customer quote requests for all RealTruck products, which may include P.O. review, examination, analysis, and documentation of relevant details to ensure accurate data control for both internal and external quoting.

* Assist the fleet and public safety sales team in developing and responding to the request for quotes.

* Meet with fleet customers vie Teams, conference calls and in person visits as needed with fleet team management.

* Update all expired quotes and all price changes that may occur on any open quotes.

* Answer general inquiries on pricing, quoting and quote/P.O. updates.

* Communicate recognized sales opportunities to the Fleet team management for review and action.

* Provide exceptional service and support to both internal and external customers via the fleet and public safety channel. Communicate all features and benefits of products to customers.

* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at every customer touchpoint.

* Achieve established goals or deadlines set for the department via management and leadership.

* Ensure accuracy of customer records, orders & P.O.'s, and update as needed.

* Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints as related to fleet and public safety quoting and quote processing.

* Complete customer transactions, documentation, and/or data control to meet RealTruck and Sales management's processing deadline goals.

* Display high levels of accountability by following instructions or guidance provided by leadership. Process and apply feedback provided by sales management to help performance for our customers.

* Continuously improve job specific skills, system comprehension, and technical acumen in vehicle/product build knowledge through training.

* Perform additional needs and duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

* High school diploma or GED is required. Technical Certification or Associates Degree preferred.

* 2-5 years of customer service, hospitality, technical support, or related work experience is required.



Required Licenses

* Driver's license.

* Knowledge of fleet and public safety product lines and models, quoting procedures, quoting processes, and other related fleet systems.

* Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to maintain/exceed overall performance with high levels of accuracy.

* Ability to proofread and check documentation on a regular basis.

* Ability to demonstrate flexibility and innovation to resolve problematic issues in a professional manner.

* Advanced organization, prioritization, and attention to detail skills.

* Ability to work independently or with others in a fast-paced environment.

Travel

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Individual Contributor: working team member with no oversight of others and no management responsibilities.



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

* This position is subject to Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls require exertion of force greater than that for Sedentary Work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.

* This position is subject to the following physical activities: standing, walking, lifting, talking, and hearing.



Visual Acuity

* The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.



Working Conditions

* The worker is subject to an inside office environment and occasional warehouse conditions, including heat, noise and hazards from a warehouse-based environment.
