Summary:
Coordinates incoming and outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products and parts that include functions such as warehousing, shop and delivery services to ensure material availability and delivery when needed to meet production schedules. Compiles data on order volume, production schedules and forecasts and applies statistical methods to estimate future materials requirements. This position works with hazardous chemicals and explosives, performing a variety of routine material handling duties.
Major Position Responsibilities
Performs clerical duties associated with materials management
Receives, stocks, and distributes materials, supplies, and equipment
Stores and labels materials in an orderly manner
Drafts reports regarding production progress, inventory levels, and materials costs
Inspects stock items for defects and reports all instances of damage to supervisors
Compares inventory records with physical counts of stock to ensure accuracy, reporting discrepancies when they arise
Basic Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
4-6 years of relevant experience
Must be able to obtain a valid Washington State driver's license with the ability to obtain endorsements and safely operate vehicles up to 26,000 GVW, including HAZMAT
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Business Administration and/or Supply Chain Management
Experience in stockroom/warehouse environment, or related experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong computer skills, administrative data control, scheduling and team interface
Looks for ways to improve and promote quality
Strong written, digital and verbal communication skills in both an individual and team environment
Possess strong, planning, execution and multitasking skills and have demonstrated ability to re-prioritize on the fly
Works within the highest level of integrity, ethics and safety
Must be able to manage quickly changing priorities while meeting deadlines
Operates under minimal direction and exercises moderate to independent judgment
Decisions are guided by policy, procedures and business plan
Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines
Other Requirements:
Proficiency with MS Office 365 tools
Able to lift 25 lbs. repetitively
Wears and cares for personal protective equipment (PPE) required to perform assigned task
Works extended hours on weekdays and weekends when work load and/or operating requirements dictate
Able to work at elevated heights

Pay Range (USD)
Note: The compensation information listed is a good faith estimate range for this position, it is estimated based on what a successful applicant might be paid: $45,150.00 - $83,850.00
Additional Compensation
Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company's Gain Sharing Program.
