In the future, the company will launch new medicines or indications in therapeutic areas including CV & metabolism, respiratory, oncology, immunology, CNS and retinal health to meet the demand of Chinese patients. 

 

Job Responsibilities 
-Develop brand strategy to enable successful launch and brand growth 
1)Generate market insights, and drive innovative initiatives to address business issues and opportunities 
-Prepare and implement related annual brand plan and ensure high quality implementation of marketing plans 
1)Identify KOL and develop engagement plan 
2)Ensure execution quality and consistency with brand strategy 
3)Drive innovations in hospital communication and support to enable robust business growth 
-Collaboration with cross functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives 
1)Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders in both China and Global 
2)Collaborate with local marketing, sales team and medical team to implement and optimize annual plan, including training, KOL engagement, execution, etc. 
-Collect external and internal information to track promotional effectiveness 
-Control of the budget within agreed limits and allocate budget by annual strategy to keep efficacy 
-Understand China medical reform and health care environment macro trend and be able to translate it into actionable business implications 

 

Qualifications 
-Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor or above 
-Major: Medical or Pharmacy preferred 
-Language skills & proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin 
-Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies): At least 3 years of central marketing experience in multinationals; sales experience is a plus; Deep knowledge of relevant KOLs with seniority; Excellent people interaction skills; Strategic integration and result orientation; Leadership and decision making; Customer focus and orientation; Business acumen; Technical know-how, market/business expertise
