Your Role and Responsibilities

This is a position with IBM Japan Staff Operations Corporation (ISOC).
As a DPE (Delivery Project Executive), this position is responsible for overall project management (you will be assigned to Kitakyushu). The scope of this project will be Human Resources, General Affairs and Procurement areas.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
*The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing, JLPT N1 level)*
*Japanese CV is required.
- Able to take responsibility for project execution as the person in charge of operations.
- Able to analyze the situation, conduct risk assessment, consider and implement countermeasures/solutions (to improve operational efficiency or when problems occur).
- Team management skills (managing team members’ work proficiency and availability)
- Documentation skills (performance management, report writing)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), PDF, and other general office skills
- Experience as a PM or manager (e.g., BPO, call center SV experience, experience leading a team, etc.)
- Experience in HR, General Affairs, or Purchasing
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Project Management Certification (PMP)
- Experience in human resources, administration, and purchasing (10 years is a plus)
- Willingness to learn and deploy the latest technologies in the business
