Hardscape Foreman

Jaxtimer Landscaping, LLC is an award-winning landscaping company located on Cape Cod, specializing in the beautification of fine homes and estates. Family owned and operated since 1978 and conveniently located in Hyannis Massachusetts. We are a team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering high-quality service and sustainable landscape solutions to our clients. The role of Hardscape Foreman works cohesively with our Softscape Foreman with the install and design of our client's landscapes, primarily stonework and masonry. The Hardscape Foreman directly supports the Construction Production Manager with the fostering and development of Crew Members along with job completion according to bid and efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of Landscape Construction projects. Candidates must have experience in leading crews in all aspects of Landscape Construction. Responsibilities
Supervise and manage landscape construction crews in stonework projects while directly providing support on the job site
Complete hardscape projects according to the estimate bid in conjunction with accurate and timely data entry in our mobile software device
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
Drive a truck with a trailer safely
Proper use of equipment, machinery and materials safely
Attend safety trainings and other staff meetings as required
Support in snow removal operations seasonally
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the landscape industry
Minimum 3 years' experience in hardscape installation (paver patios, retaining walls, steps etc.)
Experience in installing various hardscape designs, masonry installation and using large machinery
Experience in supervising/leading a team
Candidate will exercise strong leadership and decision-making skills
Exhibit professionalism on and off job site
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. safely
Valid driver?s license in good standing (REQUIRED)
Willing to train the right individual

Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from $25.00-$35.00 per hour. Overtime is regularly available.

Monday-Friday
Weekends as needed during peak season

License and Experience Requirements
Valid Driver's License
Hoisting License (not required but a plus!)
CDL (not required but a plus!)
US work authorization (required)
