MOVE Staffing is looking to staff assembly workers! Assembly workers will support the manufacturing process by performing duties in a safe and efficient manner. Assemblers will work with standard products and prefabricated components to build subassemblies and complete final assemblies. This position may assemble, wire, electrically test, or clean and package to allow our team to meet scheduled demands while providing high-quality products to customers.
General Responsibilities:
- Participate in a one-piece-flow assembly operation to produce products requiring attention to detail and focus on work duties
- Troubleshoot work-related problems by applying knowledge and experience toward resolution and taking appropriate steps for assistance
- Align components and bolt, screw, or rivet them together, using hand and powered tools
- Identify product and customer requirements to determine customized assembly needs and work process adjustments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in production
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Previous experience with multiple component production assemblies is preferred
- Strong desire for continued growth and learning
