| Job Description: |
A local Iron Works in the Aitkin Area is looking to hire a CNC Programmer & Machinist.
This company specializes in machining, welding, and precision cutting. A successful candidate will interpret client specifications and ensure the excellence of the products by following inspection protocols and detecting errors before products are released.
Job Duties:
Operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments
Review samples, drawings, or instructions to understand specifications of output
Plan the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a job
Take measurements and mark material for cutting or shaping
Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc.
Calculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instruments
Compensation:
$20 - $35 per hour base rate, more depending on skill and experience
6 am-4:30 pm
