Bio-Techne Commercial Marketing Manager (Cell & Gene Therapy) - Remote in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Position Summary:

The Commercial Marketing Manager will help develop and execute the commercial product strategy for Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) products within Bio-Techne that offer significant promise to treat life threatening diseases. This includes aligning marketing tactics and messaging across various channels with cross-functional and regional stakeholders, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive high commercial growth.

Applicants will need a strong background analyzing market data, developing metrics-driven marketing campaigns, identifying and nurturing key opinion leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate market and sales data to develop a deep understanding of the CGT market and our customers and competitors.

  • Develop metrics-based marketing campaigns to drive new customer growth and capture CGT market share.

  • Maximize campaign performance and ROI using multichannel campaign analytics.

  • Develop compelling marketing material demonstrating solutions to customer workflow pain points.

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with cross-functional stakeholder teams.

  • Provide support for launch initiatives and help develop go-to-market plans for strategic product lines.

  • Build strong relationships and maintain close interactions with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Technical Support, R&D, Marketing and Regional teams through active participation in the sales process, including customer visits and customer support.

  • Develop and deliver product marketing training to global marketing and sales teams and support sales enablement with new content, tools, and reporting.

  • Help develop a global KOL network to drive advocacy and inform the development of new products and services.

  • As a part of the broader product management team, provide market insights to influence new product development efforts.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of product/marketing management experience within the life sciences field; OR a Master's degree with 3 years of experience; OR Ph.D. with 1 years of experience

  • Must have experience and understanding of the Cell and Gene Therapy market

  • Strong business acumen and aptitude for customer requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally, as global conditions permit.

  • MBA preferred
